We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support students with high needs at a Further Education college in the West Midlands. These roles are fixed term until the end of the academic year in June 2026. You will work closely with teaching staff and support teams to help students access learning and achieve positive outcomes. This is a part time, term time only role working 36 weeks per year. Salary will be paid on a pro rata basis, with an actual salary of £13,635.70 to £15,797.70, based on a full time annual salary of £24,408 to £28,278.
