Job description:
Easybook Training is the UK's leading Health & Safety booking agency for training courses. We partner with hundreds of training centres Nationwide and offer thousands of courses nationwide for our customers to choose from.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide front line telephone and email support to new and existing customers. You will need to be quick thinking, proactive individual to join our friendly, fast-paced team here in central Tunbridge Wells (2 minute walk from train station). The role is office-based, Monday-Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.
No previous Construction or Training industry experience is required as we will provide a full training programme on our bespoke CRM system. However the successful candidate must hold strong communication skills and minimum 1 year experience in a similar telephone based customer service role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing exceptional customer service via telephone
Speaking with new and existing customers to locate their appropriate training course
Liaising with our current training providers & assisting in getting new partners on board
Handling customer cancellations and transfers over the phone with follow up emails
Taking card payments over the phone
Contacting customers to renew their training
Assisting with updating courses and venues on our website
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for applicants who have held a customer service-based role for a minimum of 12 months. Anyone applying must also have the following attributes:
·Professional & confident telephone manner
· Excellent communication skills with the ability of building rapport with key accounts
· Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· Attention to detail
· Confident approach to new challenges
· Motivated to achieve positive results & team targets

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
