Role Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent nursing care and support to residents
* Managing medication and ensuring safe administration in line with NMC standards
* Creating and implementing treatment plans
* Providing a safe, caring, and stable environment
* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines
* Supporting the Service Manager and supervising staff shifts
* Mentoring and guiding team members
* Collaborating with the Manager for smooth home operations
Requirements:
Current registration with the NMC and relevant nursing qualification. A compassionate attitude with a professional understanding of nursing roles and boundaries.
