They’re now looking for a driven and capable Litigation Associate to join their expanding team in Cambridgeshire, offering the chance to work on high-quality disputes within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

The Role
As a Litigation Associate, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of dispute resolution matters, with responsibilities including:
5. Managing your own caseload of commercial and civil litigation files
6. Supporting senior colleagues on high-value and complex disputes
7. Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
8. Handling client meetings, case strategy discussions, and negotiations
9. Engaging with external counsel and third parties
10. Contributing to business development initiatives and firmwide collaboration
11. Ensuring compliance, risk management and timely billing on all matters
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
12. Has 1–6 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution (commercial litigation desirable)
13. Demonstrates strong legal analysis, drafting, and advocacy skills
14. Communicates with clarity and confidence – both written and verbal
15. Works independently with good commercial judgement
16. Has a team-oriented approach and willingness to support junior colleagues
17. Is enthusiastic about building long-term relationships with clients
18. Understands the importance of deadlines, detail, and strategic thinking in contentious work
