Our client is seeking an experienced Doors Access Engineer to join their team. The role involves installing, servicing, maintaining, and fault‑finding on a range of door entry and access control systems across commercial and residential sites. The Doors Access Engineer will:
Install, service, maintain, and perform fault diagnosis on door entry and access control systems.
Work across both planned installation projects and reactive maintenance contracts.
Upgrade and commission systems to ensure alignment with current industry standards.
Deliver excellent customer service to clients, property managers, and residents.
Complete job reports, service documentation, and system records accurately.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
The Doors Access Engineer will have:
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience with intercom and door entry systems (ENTROTEC experience ideal).
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience with access control systems (e.g., INTRATONE, PAC, ENSIGN).
Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities, especially in live environments.
A full UK driving licence and strong route‑planning capability.
The ability to work both independently and effectively within a team.
Good communication and customer‑facing skills when dealing with residents and clients.
