Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? We’re currently working with a welcoming and inclusive school that is looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team.
1. Deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a variety of learning requirements, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
2. Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and families to ensure a consistent and caring approach.
3. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels encouraged and supported.
4. Track and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. Previous experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting
3. Strong understanding of differentiated learning and EHCPs
4. A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching

To qualify for the highest pay bracket, candidates must be experienced teachers with substantial expertise in planning and delivering high-quality lessons for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
