Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Actual Annual Salary: £8,439 - £8,615 (based on hours worked)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £24,310 - £24,819 (CLF Grade Ai) based on 37 hours per week, term time only + 5 inset days
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part Time, 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4.00pm - 7.00pm. Term time only
Your opportunity to assist in the provision of a high standard of cleaning, ensuring the academy is a clean and safe environment for students, staff and visitors. We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to join our supportive and talented team at City Academy Bristol. We are a diverse multi-academy trust with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team and/or individually to provide a high standard of cleaning, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the academy.
* Clean after the academy has closed for the day, starting at 4pm and finishing at 7pm.
Qualifications / About you
* Knowledge of the use of basic cleaning methods, equipment, and materials.
* Practical experience of understanding and following processes and procedures.
* Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
* A keen interest in working within an education-based environment and commitment to inclusion and acceptance of all.
* Commitment to continuous improvement through professional development, self-evaluation, and awareness.
