They will provide a combination of formal and on the job learning, as well as professional development. This is a senior, managerial role in which you will support the senior IBA team in ensuring the efficient running of IBA teams within a fast-paced Lloyd’s market environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the IBA Senior team with smooth and timely operations, including premium allocations, settlements, and client accounting.
- Help teams reconcile client and insurer accounts and resolve any complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Broking, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to ensure accurate financial processes.
- Make sure teams follow proper internal controls and procedures.
- Prepare monthly reports for senior management updates.
- Regularly review and improve IBA processes and procedures.
- Support team members in identifying growth and development opportunities.

Candidate Attributes:
- Experience within an IBA role/environment
- Ability to analyse and identify key information
- Ability to problem solve using knowledge of policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Decision making
- Problem solving

Salary – £37,000 - £42,000 depending on experience

Hours Per Week: 35 hour working week, Monday - Friday
