Alongside the university as a whole, we have huge ambitions for the future in terms of our offering to students and the quality and scale of our research.The Cyber Technology Innovations cluster (formerly known as Cyber Technology Institute) of the Digital Future Institute at DMU has the highest recognition from the UK National Cyber Security Centre (part of GCHQ): Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Education (Gold) since 2022 one of only thirteen institutes in the UK. The MSc in Cyber Security is also fully accredited by the NCSC.Applicants will be expected to teach modules on courses in the Cyber Security area. Knowledge and experience in malware analysis, penetration testing, digital forensics, AI for cyber security and/or security of AI are desirable. You will be expected to lead, develop and redesign modules to update as required.
