Responsibilities
As a Lead Product Manager, you'll guide teams working on major programmes, setting vision and strategy to deliver user-focused outcomes. You'll develop roadmaps, champion inclusive design, and lead transformational change. You'll also mentor other Product Managers, coordinate delivery across teams, and work with suppliers to maximise value. You will guide, support and lead product teams in one of the key areas: Cyber Security, DWP Analytics (including Fraud and Error), and Data Platforms and Architecture across DWP's Digital Programmes. You’ll be passionate about people as well as products, guiding teams to design and deliver services that meet strategic goals and improve lives.
You will develop product strategies and value-driven roadmaps, lead transformational change, and champion user-centred design. You’ll work across organisational boundaries, build strong relationships, and ensure products are inclusive, accessible and high quality. You’ll also manage and mentor Product Managers, support their development, and coordinate product delivery across multiple teams. You’ll track performance, evaluate success, and work with suppliers to maximise value.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay up to £80,267, plus 28.9% employer pension contributions. Hybrid working with 60% home working, flexible hours, and a generous leave package starting at 26 days. You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. Competitive pension and leave package.

 * User-Centred Analysis – Align people around user needs using evidence, track evolving needs across channels, and ensure services meet those needs. Connect user insight with design and organisational value, applying strategic thinking and considering political context.
