We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Enfield Branch. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and achieve growth targets
* Execute agreed customer plans for selected accounts, ensuring quality customer contact and effective implementation
* Ensure the branch meets service targets across all business segments, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Monitor sales, profitability and service KPIs, taking appropriate action to ensure targets are met; ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations
* Work closely with other branches, support functions and stakeholders to contribute to the effective operation of the business
* Use data to create reports for strategic planning, budgeting and performance management; provide feedback and insights to branch colleagues and management
* Lead, develop and engage branch colleagues to meet performance targets, support career development and foster a positive team environment
* Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities and strengthen partnerships
