About the Role: Based at Teledyne, Waterhouse Lane, Chelmsford, CM1 2QU you will be working Monday to Friday 7am-3pm for 37.5 hours a week. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs. Staying on top of waste management and sorting out waste streams. Light painting and decorating. Fork lift operations and furniture movements. Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly. Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records. Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties. Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided). Who are we looking for?
