Position: Lead Management Executive

Salary: £25, £28,000 OTE
Hours: :30 Monday to Thursday, :00 Friday, 1 late night per week and 1 Saturday a month.
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Lead Management Executive. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maximizing the potential of our leads, ensuring seamless communication and efficient allocation to our dedicated sales team. The lead management executive will also follow up on leads and ensure the customers are allocated to a salesperson as efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities
· Follow up on leads to ensure maximum efficiency in conversion.
· Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and live chat.
· Ensure seamless transition of customers and leads to account managers.
· Meet or exceed minimum performance targets consistently.
· Maintain work rate aligned with company objectives.
· Adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements, including SMC regime and FCA Conduct Rules.
· Demonstrate respect towards colleagues and the workplace.
· Provide high-level service to customers, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
· Provide coverage for various departmental roles during breaks, lunches, and holidays.
· Manage and oversee sales executives' daily enquiry targets.
· Allocate appropriate enquiry levels to sales executives based on source and capacity.
· Collaborate closely with the sales manager to ensure accurate lead allocation and communication.
· Analyse productivity metrics and provide feedback to improve performance.
· Operate within company framework guidelines, ensuring compliance and proper data handling.
Skills Required:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Professional and friendly demeanor, especially over the phone.
· Strong Microsoft Office skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment.
· Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about the role.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and communications.
