WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but you can expect to:
* Visit sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, listening, and turning this into tailored solutions.
* Demonstrate innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
* Further develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* Manage operational, organizational, and strategic aspects of your sales area, utilizing the CRM system Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
Qualities and skills suitable for an Account Manager include:
* Customer-facing/sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented approach to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

* Resilience and adaptability to engage with all customer levels.
* Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
* Curiosity and passion for learning and growth.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage time and priorities independently.
