Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for Senior Recruitment Specialist 360
* Identify and Expand Business Opportunities:Seek out and develop new opportunities to drive growth and strengthen the companys presence in the market.
* Generate Leads and Build Partnerships:Utilise strategic approaches such as networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads and convert them into lasting, mutually rewarding partnerships.
* Manage End-to-End Recruitment:Handle the entire recruitment process, including crafting engaging job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers, all while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
