You’ll focus on converting inbound new business leads, delivering excellent service, and helping clients find the right commercial insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities * Convert inbound leads into successful new business. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products. * Ensure compliance with FCA, DPA, and company standards. About You * Experience in commercial insurance. * Strong administrative and customer service skills. * Good knowledge of commercial products and the insurance market. * Ideally proficient in Acturis. * Minimum Cert CII qualification. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Proven track record of client retention.
