* £15.69 per hour
* 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
* Shift patterns:
o Early: 05:30 – 14:30
o Late: 11:15 – 20:15
Meal Service Times:
Breakfast – 06:30 to 07:45
Lunch – 12:00 to 13:45
Evening Meal – 17:00 to 20:00

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced chef to join our team at Brompton Barracks, working across a large-scale operation serving 500 personnel. You’ll be part of a dedicated kitchen team delivering freshly prepared, high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring excellent standards of food, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals for all services
* Support kitchen operations and team members during service
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen control standards
* Assist with stock control, menu input, and daily kitchen organisation
* Work collaboratively within a large team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
* Experience essential in a professional kitchen
* Qualifications desirable but not essential
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Passion for delivering great food
* Reliable and flexible, able to work early and late shifts
