We’ve been delivering sweet dreams in style since 2013. Built on the belief that parenting is made easier through a great night’s sleep, we create sleep-centred solutions with an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, innovation, and contemporary design.

Proudly loved by our parent and baby community and recognised by leading awards such as IndyBest Buys, Made for Mums, and Mother & Baby Awards, it’s a great and exciting time to join the business as we place even more energy into our international expansion, bringing our beautifully designed and safe products to families around the world.

Purpose

Ready to turn sketches into real-life products? To support the design and development of exciting new products across Snüz and The Little Green Sheep, we’re on the lookout for a Junior Designer to join our team.

This is a hands-on, in-house role within an ambitious SME, where you’ll be involved in the full product journey, from those first ideas scribbled on paper, right through to manufacture and seeing your designs out in the world.

You’ll be supporting the creation of innovative, high-quality, market-leading products, while also helping to evolve and improve our existing ranges. It’s fast-paced, creative, and comes with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and get stuck in.

A taste of what you'll be doing

* Designing innovative, commercially viable products that solve real-world problems.
* Generating and developing concepts, exploring solution routes, and communicating ideas clearly.
* Applying safety, compliance and quality requirements throughout the design process.
* Designing for manufacture, including CAD (SolidWorks), prototyping, and understanding production techniques.
* Developing products in collaboration with supplier factories.
* Managing projects day-to-day, including planning workloads, running concurrent projects, and ensuring on-time delivery.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment.
* Identifying gaps and opportunities in ranges and the wider market to inform sales and design strategy.
* Preparing design documentation, presentations, and development materials for varied audiences.

Skills & Strengths

* Strong creative problem-solving ability with an eye for detail and a passion for product design.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual), including confident presentation of ideas.
* Proficient CAD capability (SolidWorks) with strong sketching, visualisation, and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
* Highly organised, methodical, and proactive, with excellent time and task management.
* Ability to prioritise effectively, adapt quickly, and remain calm in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
* Autonomous yet collaborative working style; able to contribute positively to team discussions and decision-making.
* Good judgment, flexible mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Awareness of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety considerations.
* Enthusiastic self-motivator committed to growth and continuous development.

Please note, this is not a Graphic, Architect, Automotive or Textile design position.
