About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Quotation Specialist to join our Service team. This role is reporting to the Service Manager and supports the Service Sales team by preparing accurate, timely and detailed service quotations while delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Service Manager, Service Technicians and customers to develop quotations, coordinate service requirements and ensure customer needs are met efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and timely service quotations in response to technician and customer requests.
* Ensure quotations align with Company pricing, policies and customer requirements.
* Maintain records of service quotes, customer interactions and related documentation.
* Process customer orders and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Communicate customer requirements clearly with internal service teams to ensure efficient delivery.
* Review estimates and invoices for accuracy and compliance with company systems.
* Track and monitor the progress of service sales quotes and support reporting activities.
* Identify opportunities for additional services, parts s support products.
* Build strong customer relationships while delivering a high standard of service.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to Company policies and WHS requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, administration or quotation preparation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate documentation.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Results-driven with a strong commitment to customer service.
* Experience in a technical, service, equipment or automotive-related industry will be highly regarded.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
