Responsibilities Own the reporting work-stream within the ERP implementation, driving delivery of a suite of finance reports using Power BI and Dynamics 365 tools. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to understand requirements, influence design decisions, and ensure seamless system integration and testing. Support data migration activities, ensuring reporting accuracy and reconciliation with financial systems. Coordinate training and change adoption, equipping the finance team with the tools and knowledge to succeed post-migration. Ensure documentation and quality assurance across all reporting processes, outputs, and controls. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in ERP or financial system implementations, ideally involving SAP and/or Dynamics 365 F&O. Strong working knowledge of Power BI and other business intelligence or reporting tools. Solid grounding in finance or accounting processes, with an understanding of how they translate into system and reporting requirements. Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Experience in system testing, data validation, and user support within a transformation or change programme.
