Our new Volvo Electric Buses are growing in the marketplace, and it is a hugely exciting time to join our team. As a Business Support Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider business and contributing to the success of our electric bus venture. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient administration processes and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will join an established team and work towards a Business Administration: Level 3 Apprenticeship. You’ll have time and support to complete training and assignments, with the opportunity to apply your learning and make a real impact.

Who Are You?

This is a fast-paced role requiring high-standard administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and integrity. As part of a small team, teamwork and supporting colleagues during busy periods are essential.

You should be eager to develop communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders via phone, and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Who You Will Be Working With:

You will be a vital member of the Service Market team, shadowing the Service Market Co-ordinator and reporting directly to the Volvo Bus Service Manager. You will handle administration of all aspects of Bus Service Market, working closely with team members and supporting key stakeholders like Tech Tool users, Volvo Dealers, Area Service Managers, and others.

Responsibilities in the Role:

* Manage Tech Tool Diagnostic equipment, including ordering and access issues
* Assist with Warranty Claims processing using Volvo systems
* Support Contract Claims and processes, including system upgrades
* Administer Volvo Connect services, maintain user requests, and handle queries
* Support Volvo Bus Campaigns, including customer contact and reporting
* Assist technical teams with bulletins and admin duties
* Provide timely support to the Service Market team
