Overview
Delivery Postie with Driving – Cookstown Delivery Office, BT80 8AB. Fixed Term contract 12 months. Hours: 24:00 per week, 5 days across Monday - Sunday, typically between 8:00 and 15:00. Weekend work required due to operational demand.
Responsibilities
* Deliver mail and parcels to customers and local communities as a Postperson with Driving.
* Drive a vehicle to service assigned routes and ensure timely deliveries.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive presence in the community.
* Follow Royal Mail policies and health and safety guidelines on route delivery.
Qualifications
* Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Ability to walk for long periods and work outdoors in any weather.
* Organised, punctual, and customer-focused; a friendly, community-minded approach.

* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
* Paid overtime at x1.25 for any hours over 40 per week.
