Job Description
We have an opportunity for a part time Practice Manager to join our Westhill Dental & Implant Clinic, in the outskirts of Aberdeen.
About the role and practice
Located in the community of Westhill, our Dental & Implant Clinic is a well-regarded private practice who have supported patients for 30 years providing a wide range of general, specialist and cosmetic surgery. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient.
Our Practice Managers areresponsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

* Part-time hours – 32 hours, 4 days per week (Mon to Thurs 8.30-5.30pm)

About you
* You will ideally have previous management experience within a dental practice
* Experience of working with financial records, to include P&L, KPIs and budget planning
* Experience of managing a team including knowledge of HR processes and Compliance
* The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
