We're looking for a Technical Assistant to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional service and support to our valued customers. As our Technical Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers needing after-sales support. From resolving product queries to coordinating replacements, your role will be essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer and trade partners about technical and product enquiries, via phone and email
* Process product support and warranty claims
* Liaise with head office to resolve issues
* Maintain accurate records of support cases and product feedback
* Help identify recurring issues to improve product quality and service
* Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
* In-house display fabrication as required
Skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
* Experience in customer service - essential
* Experience in product and technical support – preferred, but training will be provided
* Knowledge of bathroom products or the home improvement industry is a bonus – but not essential
* Interpret and understand exploded diagrams and dimensioned drawings – preferred
* A valid UK driving licence would be an advantage
* UK and international travel may be required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
