Position: Front of House & Events Manager
Reports to: Owner
Location: Urmston.
Contract Type: Full time - 40 hours

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment and loves balancing the buzz of day-to-day service with the excitement of delivering standout events.
What You'll Be Doing Front of House
* Lead, support, and inspire the FOH team to deliver warm, genuine, and efficient service.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service across busy shifts.
* Handle reservations, walk-ins, and floor management with confidence.
* Manage stock levels, suppliers, and ordering for FOH needs.
* Keep on top of compliance — from health & safety to licensing.
Events
* Plan and run a variety of events, from private parties to ticketed nights and brand collaborations.
* Work directly with clients to bring their ideas to life, managing budgets and expectations along the way.
* Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and FOH teams to ensure events run seamlessly.
* Create event briefs, staffing schedules, and floor plans.
* Work alongside the marketing team to promote events and drive ticket sales.
Team & Culture
* Recruit, train, and develop a motivated FOH team.
* Foster a fun, supportive, and professional work environment.
* Be the go-to person for problem-solving on the floor.
* Always look for ways to improve service, events, and guest experience.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar FOH or events management role.
* A natural leader who knows how to motivate and get the best from their team.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle service and events at the same time.
* Great communicator with confidence in dealing with guests, staff, and suppliers.
* Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to events and promotions.
* Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late nights.

Experience:
* FOH or events management : 2 years (preferred)
