BAE Systems is currently looking for Lead Systems Engineers to join their Mission Systems (E853) team at Warton. The Job Lead or contribute across the entire engineering lifecycle—from concept and requirements to design, implementation, and certification. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside engineers, planners, and delivery partners. Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers and coordinating cross-functional collaboration. Support agile delivery through regular team meetings, resource planning, and task coordination. Produce key engineering artefacts and documentation.
