MOT Tester – Main Dealer

£36,000 – £38,000 + bonus
Full-time | Permanent | Mon–Fri (8am–6pm) + 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 4pm
The Role
We’re looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join a prestige main dealer workshop in Hatfield.
Duties
* Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
* Complete vehicle inspections, servicing and minor repairs
* Record all work accurately and update Service/Workshop teams
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
* Deliver excellent customer service and communication
* Keep training and industry knowledge up to date
Requirements
* Valid DVSA MOT Tester licence
* Previous MOT testing experience (main dealer or independent)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Team player with good communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
