Corporate Sales Administrator Basingstoke PERMANENT £29,500 OTE The Role I’m looking for a proactive Corporate Sales Administrator to join a fantastic Corporate Sales team. You’ll play a key role in keeping sales operations running smoothly, supporting the team with everything from vehicle orders to sales reporting, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Job duties: * Provide administrative support across multiple brands and dealerships. * Coordinate vehicle orders with Sales and Supply teams to meet showroom, demonstrator, and customer requirements. * Manage all pre-delivery admin: registrations, insurance, road tax, and more. * Support invoicing and ensure all sales costs are accurately captured. * Keep the sales team updated on order status and any issues. * Maintain accurate records of vehicle job sheets, stock lists, and pre-delivery work hours. * Ensure proper authorisation for new stock and assist with dealership financial reporting. * Handle banking tasks and help Sales Managers locate vehicles when needed. * Promote a positive, collaborative team environment. * Take on other reasonable tasks as needed to support the team.
