The Role
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and assist field sales reps over the phone. You will handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through tailored solutions to meet their business needs. Duties within the role
* Respond promptly to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and web channels
* Qualify leads and identify cross-sector opportunities
* Build rapport with decision-makers and understand operational challenges
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate quotes and proposals
* Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reports
* Meet and exceed monthly conversion and engagement targets
