The role involves front-of-house responsibilities, facilities coordination, and administrative support within a high-end client environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. Manage the full lifecycle of events-from planning through to execution. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the client suite, including décor and furnishings. Set up meeting rooms with necessary catering and refreshments, ensuring all dietary requirements are accommodated. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner. Complete health and safety paperwork and procedures accurately and on time. Liaise with building security and workplace staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Set up and reconfigure meeting spaces as required. Ensure all AV and video conferencing equipment is operational and provide basic IT support. Undertake training for fire marshal and first aid responsibilities. Assist with general administrative tasks and support the Property and Workplace Team as needed. Perform any other duties reasonably requested to support the smooth operation of the office. Key Skills & Experience Required: Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, ideally in a client-facing or corporate reception setting. Previous experience within the legal or financial sectors, with exposure to event coordination. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, confident demeanour. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A collaborative and adaptable team player with a proactive approach. Ability to remain composed under pressure and solve problems using initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Confidence in setting up and troubleshooting AV and VC equipment. Willingness to undertake manual handling tasks (training will be provided).
