Overview
Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority's growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an adult-care solicitor on a 3 month rolling contract to cover a round of permanent recruitment. This position can be offered on a fully remote basis; however local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* Drafting s21As and s16s
* Handling a full caseload of C-DOLs autonomously
* Advocacy experience is desirable but not required
* Have prior experience working within a local authority setting
