We are currently seeking a Psychology Graduate in Croydon to join our team in the Education and Training industry. This is a temporary, part-time position offering a salary of £85 - £95 per day.
Job Duties:
1. Assist in delivering educational programmes and activities to support students' psychological development.
2. Support teaching staff in implementing learning strategies and behavioural interventions.
3. Conduct assessments and observations to evaluate student progress and behaviour.
4. Collaborate with other professionals to create individualised education plans for students.
5. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the educational goals of the institution.
Required Qualifications:
* A Psychology degree from a recognised institution.
* Valid DBS check on the Update Service.
Education:
A degree in Psychology or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of psychological theories and principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong observational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology.
* Experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in an educational setting with students of varying ages and abilities. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for meetings or events.

Pay rates quoted are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanency later.
