We're looking for a driven, people-focused Junior Sales Associate to work directly with our Branch Manager and leadership team, visiting customers, promoting our products, and helping us grow our business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of sales experience who's ready to learn, earn, and progress. All training will be provided – we just need your ambition, energy, and willingness to get stuck in.
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
What You'll Be Doing
* Visiting customers across the region to build relationships, understand their needs, and promote our latest offers.
* Onboarding new customers and growing our database while keeping existing customers happy.
* Gathering market insight by comparing our products and prices to competitors and feeding back ideas to improve our range.
* Supporting our branch counter team when needed – serving customers, handling collections, and getting valuable feedback on our service.
* Representing our brand in a professional, friendly, and approachable way at all times.
What we're looking for
* Self-motivated and positive, even when faced with rejection.
* Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
* Interest in the food service industry and a desire to build a long-term sales career.
* Full of ideas, keen to learn, and not afraid to share feedback.
* A self-starter who enjoys working on the go as well as in a fast-paced branch environment.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
