Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Branch Operations Manager to join our Frazer branch in Cardiff Pengam Rd. Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing. Team Leadership: Manage warehouse operatives and drivers, ensuring daily setup and route planning. Manage transport logistics, including scheduling drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. Monitor operations to improve efficiency and profitability. Coordinate with third-party driver agencies to confirm proper induction and training. Ensure the branch runs efficiently, optimising workflows and processes to meet operational goals. Implement best practices for inventory management and stock control. Reporting & Support: Produce monthly reports and provide support to the Branch Manager. Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy and prioritize health and safety at all times. Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in the industry is preferred. Background in warehouse and transport management with inclusive leadership skills. Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety. Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
