Conveyancing Director
Location: Gloucester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum
About the Role
We are working in partnership with a well-established and growing legal organisation to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Director.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual looking to take full ownership of a conveyancing function, leading from the front to drive performance, quality, and client service.
You will play a key role in shaping the direction of the department, supporting teams to deliver consistently high standards, and contributing to the wider strategic growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of conveyancers and support staff
* Drive performance, productivity, and service delivery across the department
* Act as a senior point of contact for complex technical matters
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to support business growth
* Mentor and develop managers and future leaders within the team
Requirements
* Extensive experience in residential conveyancing
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g. Head of Department / Director / Senior Manager)
* Strong technical knowledge across the full conveyancing process
* Commercial awareness and experience managing performance
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* A genuine passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
