Job Description
What You’ll Do
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the compliance process for care workers who help our service users maintain their independence in their own homes. Your mission will be to ensure that all compliance tracking and administration is handled according to our established procedures, allowing the right candidates to start their journey with us swiftly, while always prioritizing the safety and security of our service users.

Qualifications
What You Need
To thrive as a Compliance Administrator, you should:
* Meet SLAs and weekly targets consistently
* Possess exceptional telephone and email communication skills
* Efficiently maintain reports and trackers
* Have experience with Excel (desirable)
* Be able to identify alternative solutions to problems
* Approach work with intuition and proactivity
* Exhibit a high attention to detail
* Maintain an approachable and friendly demeanor to provide a professional service to all New Starters
* Adapt quickly to new systems as needed
* Reprioritize workload efficiently
