School Administrator - Bradford
Days: Monday to Friday (term time only)
Hours: 8:30am till 4:30pm (hours may vary)
The Supply Register are seeking an experienced school administrator to work in our fantastic schools located in Bradford. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in
schools and have excellent written and oral communication skills along with a working knowledge of SIMS and Arbour.
It would also be desirable to have experience in school admissions and monitoring school attendance.
What You Will Do:
• Inputting details onto school system.
• Answering phones and taking messages.
• Typing of letters and memos.
• Filing, faxing, and photocopying.
• Liaising between staff, parents, and pupils
• Welcoming visitors to the school.
Requirements to be considered for this post:
• Must have previous experience as a school administrator.
• Must have previous experience using specialist school systems such as Arbour or SIMS
• Must have previous experience working on a reception desk and the ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Must have Right to Work in the UK, and be able to provide original documents to support this.
• Must hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to pay for us to process a new application for you.
• Provide two professional references covering the last 24 months in full.
