An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Corporate Administrator to work within NHS Golden Jubilee's Corporate Governance Department.
We are seeking to appoint an individual with experience in demanding administration roles, preferably with understanding of the NHS or large, complex multisite organisations within the Public or Private sector. The successful candidate will support the Director of Strategic Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, and Corporate Governance. This fast-paced and unpredictable role requires discretion and diplomacy in a confidential setting, demonstrated through prior experience.
Key responsibilities include supporting meetings—experience in senior-level minute taking is essential—and providing secretarial and administrative support. The role requires flexibility, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally. The candidate should have a proven track record of working at Senior Management level in busy environments with competing priorities.
Applicants should have a recognised qualification in Administration or significant relevant experience, demonstrating high organisational ability, minute-taking skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The position offers core hours Monday to Friday with hybrid working options (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). For an informal discussion, please contact the Senior Appointments Team.
Note: In line with UK Immigration Rules, this post may not qualify for a Certificate of Sponsorship for Skilled Worker or Health & Care Worker Visas. Overseas applicants should review alternative immigration options before applying.
NHS Golden Jubilee is committed to flexible working and inclusive recruitment practices. We encourage applications from all community sections and support candidates with disabilities or long-term health conditions as per the Equality Act 2010. For support during the recruitment process, refer to the job pack.
Applications are welcomed early as the vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received.
