A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive or accomplished file handler to join its growing personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a caseload of orthopaedic RTA claims from start to finish within a supportive and progressive legal environment. This role will suit a technically strong litigator who enjoys delivering high-quality outcomes for clients while working collaboratively within a high-performing team. The role involves managing a caseload of litigated and non-litigated orthopaedic personal injury claims, including: RTA claims involving fractures such as ribs, limbs, fingers and toes Primarily portal-based claims, with fast-track potential Escalation of higher-value or multi-fracture claims exceeding £25,000 to Multi-Track or Serious Injury teams Running cases independently from inception through to conclusion This is a varied and rewarding position for candidates focused on maximising damages and delivering an excellent standard of client care.
