We are delighted to partner with our successful, professional, and friendly client to recruit a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bolton. This office-based role offers an excellent opportunity within a reputable insurance/financial services company.
Role Details:
* Full-time, permanent
* Monday-Friday, 0900-1700 (37.5 hours/week, 30 min lunch)
* Location: Bolton - modern offices, accessible by public transport and parking available
Salary and Benefits:
* £25,000 - £28,000 per year

The Role - Customer Service Advisor
This role involves a mix of phone-based customer service and administrative tasks in a busy, friendly environment within an expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and resolve customer queries via phone and email
* Manage policy administration
* Follow up on customer inquiries and convert to policies where possible
* Ensure customer satisfaction exceeds expectations
* Produce quality documents and maintain records
* Develop knowledge of company products
* Comply with company and regulatory policies
* Engage in regular learning and development
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing or support role
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence
* Strong communication skills
* Good prioritization and time management
* Proficient IT skills and eager to learn new systems
