As a Home Administrator, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks and provide assistance and support to the Home Manager as required to ensure the smooth running of the home. This will include payroll processing, the recruitment cycle, invoices and petty cash reconciliation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent IT skills, including proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Ability to learn new skills and develop within the role.
* Previous experience working in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential.
