This is a hands-on, customer-facing position involving extensive travel throughout the UK and Ireland, providing on-site technical support, process optimisation, and turnkey project delivery. You’ll play a vital role across both pre- and post-sales activities — from demonstrations and time studies to training and technical troubleshooting — ensuring customers achieve the best performance from their CNC equipment. Key Responsibilities Mill-Turn & Process Optimisation Lead the setup, programming, and optimisation of complex mill-turn CNC machines. Develop and refine machining processes for multi-axis components to improve productivity and quality. Customer & Dealer Support Provide on-site technical support and operator training across the UK & Ireland. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and engineering teams.
