We have a Band 6 post that is a 12 month secondment or Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. You would be expected to complete comprehensive and accurate physiotherapeutic assessments and treatments, to use a wide range of your clinical skills including balance, neuro, respiratory and musculoskeletal assessment, to communicate excellently, to carry your own caseload of community patients, delegate efficiently, and help to support other members of the team including completing supervision. The Clinical caseload is varied and can be challenging including neurological, musculoskeletal, falls, multi-pathology, complex physical needs, including long term conditions and chronic pain. We will ensure you have regular supervision to ensure you feel supported with caseload queries. The group is currently trialling a new Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) model following a collaborative event with internal and external stakeholders. This pilot aims to explore team structures and assess the impact on patient experience. While no formal redesign has taken place yet, the outcomes of this trial may inform future service delivery and team configuration across the group. If you are successful in your application, please be aware that your team structure and line management may be subject to change in the future as part of this evolving model.
