Job Description
Provide efficient clerical support services to all employees within the school and assist in delivering effective front-line services to service users.
Requirements
The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants must become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for the relevant groups or be updated if already a member, before a formal offer of employment is made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a temporary, part-time, term-time position based at Muirkirk Early Childhood Centre, Burns Avenue, Muirkirk. The post is valid until 01/11/2025. The hours are 10 per week, working as directed by the line manager. The full-time salary ranges from £24,333 to £25,353 per annum, with a pro-rated part-time salary of £5,963 to £6,212 per annum.
