One of Europe’s fastest‑growing, tech‑enabled home care providers is looking for an experienced Registered Manager / Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing domiciliary care branch. This is a fast‑paced, growth‑focused role where you’ll be backed by strong operational, quality and digital support.
The role
* Lead day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure safe, person‑centred care
* Oversee assessments, risk management and personalised care planning
* Maintain full compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
* Manage budgets, utilisation and financial performance
* Drive branch growth and service development
* Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners
* Lead, support and develop a high‑performing care team
What you’ll bring
* Experience as a Registered Manager, Branch Manager or strong Deputy
* NVQ Level 5 (or willingness to work towards it)
* Strong understanding of CQC, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
* Proven leadership and people‑management skills
* Confidence using digital care systems and adopting new technology
* Ability to manage performance, solve problems and make sound decisions
