Who you'll be working with:
The Operations Support Engineering team partners with business leaders to provide an outstanding technical and work environment. The team undertakes desktop, AV, and facilities support.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects to enhance Liberty IT's office environments, desktop and device hardware/software, and digital communications.
2. Facilitate project delivery, agile ceremonies, and communicate progress.
3. Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives.
4. Mentor junior team members.
5. Partner with employees to optimize solutions and improve employee experience.
6. Review and contribute to engineering and operations standards.
7. Expand knowledge of IT systems, networks, and office best practices.
8. Assess and adopt new solutions using data-driven approaches.
9. Share knowledge through internal talks, blogging, and external events.
Technology Support Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and optimize software and hardware during office hours.
2. Support the new hire process, device setup, and related tasks.
3. Respond to and resolve support requests and tickets.
4. Develop solutions for recurring issues.
5. Manage AV and digital communication tools for on-site, hybrid, and remote events.
6. Maintain office environment, manage space and capacity, and coordinate intra-office moves.
7. Assist in energy efficiency initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum five years' experience supporting large-scale office environments.
* Experience in software, hardware, AV technologies, and office support projects.
* Knowledge of agile delivery practices.
* Experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Partnering with end-users using a user co-creation approach.
* Current industry-recognized certifications.

* Participation in knowledge sharing activities.
* Customer-centric solution building experience.
