Role: Capital Works Administrator

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Contract Type: Permanent

Deadline Day: 23 September 2025

Role overview

Join us and play a part in our exciting capital works projects. With many capital works projects currently underway across the club, we are looking for an organised individual to support in the background to ensure successful completion.

As Capital Works Administrator, you will be at the centre of the action - responding to email and telephone enquiries, managing and administering the project intranet for key initiatives, and accurately recording minutes during meetings. You will maintain all documentation, including plans and interior finish samples.

About you / Qualifications

* This is a challenging, fast paced role so you must have excellent organisational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
* If you hold experience within a construction-related field, are comfortable working within set budgets, and have strong IT skills, this is an exceptional opportunity.
