The Role
Carry out internal inspections and audits across multiple depots (Lenham, Hazards Green, Aldershot, Buckhurst, and Tonbridge).
Prepare for external audits (LRQA, WIRS, Achilles) and ensure non-conformances are resolved promptly.
Work closely with Contract Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to embed compliance across the contract.
Monitor training records, run reports, and ensure all training requirements are up to date.
Partner with the central Quality Assurance team and the wider HSEQF team to maintain top-tier standards.
Review and update policies, procedures, and contractual documents, including the Quality Plan and RACI charts.
Respond to new requirements and ensure controlled documents are accurate and approved.
Requirements
A bright, organised, and adaptable individual who can juggle multiple priorities.
Computer literacy as you'll be using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with MS Teams and Outlook.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A full UK driving licence (travel between depots is essential).
