We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a leading fashion retail organisation, helping drive data led decision making across areas including Sales, Commercial, Merchandising, Customer, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
* Lead end-to-end analysis, from problem definition and data extraction through to visualisation and stakeholder presentations.
* Define, track, and maintain KPIs and performance reporting.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex business challenges using data.
* Apply advanced analytics techniques to support strategic initiatives.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar.
* Strong retail experience, particularly within sales, commercial, and/or merchandising functions.
* Advanced SQL skills for analysing large datasets.
* Expert-level Power BI experience.
* Experience working with GCP/BigQuery or similar cloud analytics platforms.
* Strong Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
Retail domain experience is essential.
