Duties
* Assist with daily office operations, including managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
* Support the team with clerical duties such as typing documents and preparing reports
* Utilise Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings as required
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when necessary
* Maintain an organised workspace to promote efficiency within the office
Experience
* Previous office experience is highly desirable
* Familiarity with administrative processes and clerical duties
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
* Knowledge of Docman 7 is a plus but not mandatory
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
